The Recruiter delivers! The Recruiter is curious. Looking for and identifying and qualify information at all times, to act commercial on a daily basis, to achieve goals and exceed expectations. The Recruiter is responsable for a balanced and full Sales Funnel. The Recruiter guarantees courteous and excellent services to clients, candidates and collegues. The Recruiter translates the vision, mission and strategy of Courtesy Masters to daily practive by feeling, thinking and acting transparent and effective:

• Sales and execute Recruitment orders;
• Sales and execute Interim orders;
• Sales and execute Talent Analysis & Development orders;
• Sales and execute Recruitment Consultancy orders.

So, the Recruiter is independently responsable for:

• Account Acquisition;
• Account Management;
• Candidate Acquisition;
• Candidate (Career) Management.

• Hotelschool (Hospitality Management) or Hotel Management University;
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel (management), sales and/or recruitment-hrm;
• Knowledge!!
• Network
• Excellent knowledge of and active in Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
• Passion for Hospitality
• Passion for Talent and The Human Factor
• Excellent communication skills
• Client, candidate and relation focus
• Will-do attitude
• Excellent language skills, at least English and preferably Dutch
• Preferably knowledge of another language like German, French, Spanish and/or Italian
• Excellent knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

The Associate pays a yearly fixed fee of just EUR 1,200 for (usage of) software, databases, e-mail, trademark licenses, sales, marketing, business development, research & development, e-business, training, coaching, office, facilities and administration. The Associate who delivers can earn between EUR 40,000 and EUR 160,000 gross per year.
