Our client is looking for a senior sous chef in a luxury signature restaurant (approximately 150 seats) and a French and modern Mediterranean cuisine in a 5* hotel in Lebanon.
The candidate has to be driven to increase customer satisfaction with focusing on food quality, food presentation and the compliance of the restaurant with the hotelbrand Responsabilities include schedule, supervise and train the culinary staff and the inspection and control of food products on quality standards by hotelbrand. |
