Job description
Main responsibilities and tasks: Optimize and efficient use/improve/update Policies and Procedures commercial organization; Editorial assistant of the Corporate and external news Coordinate and organize incoming and outgoing Familiarization / Press Trips for the Business Unit; Coordinate (trade) fairs beginning till end (organizing follow up). Imex, Evenement etc
Additional responsibilities and tasks: Improve and implement internal communication lines (through policies and procedures) between all departments within the commercial organization of the business unit Benelux/UK/SA; Attend to a constant high level of service towards internal and external clients; Knowledge of Standard Policies and Procedures (P&P´s) and always work according to these directives; Attending department meetings and/or consultations; Coordinate and organize running dinners and site inspection tours business unit; Prepare and execute (E)clients mailings; lay out till follow up.
