Regional Operations Manager

The Regional Manager is responsible for managing approximately 25 hotels in Northern France.
The position includes the following responsibilities:

• Optimizing commercial results for each hotel and region
• Hiring new Hotel Managers for the area
• Managing the hotel managers on operational and strategic level
• Training and assisting the hotel managers on commercial level and the management
• Determining during regular visits whether the procedures, standards and the quality of the restaurant, lodging, reception etc. are respected
• Following up on the financial results for each hotel and achieving the set budgets

• You have a bachelor degree in Hotel or Tourism Administration and/or Business Administration
• You have 3 to 5-year experience in a position as Hotel Manager of a 2 or 3-star hotel, or you have 2 to 3 years experience in a position as manager of a hotel chain or restaurant chain
• You know the occuring problems in a hotel and know which working method to apply
• You dominate the French language spoken and written and preferably good knowledge of English
• You have experience in people management
• You have analytical skills, are good with numbers and goal-oriented
• You are accurate, possess organizational skills and excellent communication skills
• You are willing to travel regularly to the various locations in Northern France, live in the surroundings or flexible to relocate (Paris region)
