A challenging and leading position of General Manager for a hotel in the region of Arnhem. In the position of General Manager you are responsible for all operational activities in the hotel and leading the management team of the hotel. |

Our client expects the General Manager to achieve company goals by an excellent implementation of the hotel policy and by leading the management team. Tasks and responsibilities are:
- supervision of all operational activities in the hotel according to the hotel formule;
- leading the management team;
- showing your creativity and initiative regarding to the quality and daily follow up of the product and the service to the guest;
- realize commercial activities regarding the acquisition of new accounts and the maintenance of existing clients;
- supervise the implementation of the hotel policy and adapt the policy when needed;
- realize financial goals.

Our client expects a candidate who:
- has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, preferably in hospitality management;
- has a minimum of 5 years experience in a leading position;
- has operational F&B experience;
- knowledge of rooms division;
- is pro active and result orientated;
- a people manager with excellent communication skills;
- living in the region.
