For our client, a large international hotel chain, we are searching for a Chief Engineer / Maintenance manager, responsible for all hotels in Europe.

|
- You will be working from out of The Netherlands and have the coordination of the maintenance protocols of the company in our hotels in Europe according to the corporate procedures.
- Coordination and control of environmental actions in the hotels, managing processes of improvement.
- Cooperation with the technical maintenance staff of the different hotels in order to define internal standards, costs and preventive maintenance programs.
- Support the operational management in all issues according to the maintenance of the real estate of the company.
- Set up of control programs and energy follow-ups for all hotels.

- As an Engineer you will have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the management of new facilities of buildings - hotels as well as offices and malls.
- Very good knowledge in the area of electrical facilities, air conditioning, plumbing and low tension facilities.
- Knowledge of telephony/telecommunication systems and fire protection.
- Usage of basic IT-tools of Microsoft (Excel, Word), Project and Internet Explorer as well as AutoCAD.
- A high level of Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French and Spanish would be an advantage, due to the amount of the hotels in Mediterranean countries
