- Primarly you will be responsible for training, motivating and coaching of the managers of the F&B departments (5 outlets) to enhance performance.
- You are focussed on efficiency and follow up of the right SOP's, you encourage the highest level of service and stimulate maximilisation of revenue bij upselling techniques and reducing costs.
- Controlling and analysing the levels of product and service, guest satisfaction, marketing operating costs and hygiene.
- Co-ordinating and supervising the preparation, presentation and service of food and drinks to ensure the highest quality at all times.
- Supervising and co-ordinating pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists.
- Co-ordinating with the Resident and General Manager on marketing activities and promotions.
- Conducting frequent Food and Beverage financial results and profitability, projected business, operations results and problems, new policies, quality improvement, sales improvement, productivity improvement.
- Be present at and manage all big events.
- Keeping up to date with trends, systems and practices.
- Demonstrating an awareness of policies and procedures and health and safety.

- People Leadership Skills; person must be a strong leader, motivator, caring, “connect” with the team on a personal basis; team (both management and non-management) must perceive this person as their ally and their advocate.
- Product obsessed; background and interest must reflect this person´s ability to continuously improve the product being offered to the customer: from the creativity of special F&B events to the consistent excellence of the day-to-day product.
- This person must have a strong sense of business acumen to look for ways to increase revenue, and lead with best practices in labor, food and beverage cost.
- Flexibility; given their setting, this person must adapt to catering to a variety of customer profiles: leisure resort guest, corporate individual traveler, and business groups, ensuring that the different F&B operations cater to their preferences and adapt to the customer profile.
- Future potential; we expect the successful candidate to have the upward mobility potential to grow in responsibilities.
- Relocation; the candidate must have a desire to relocate nearby the property.
- Position reports to the Resort Manager, who in turn reports to the General Manager.
- You have a degree in Hospitality / Catering Management and proven leadership skills.
- Your can be persuasive, confident, team player with a flexible attitude.
- Excellent social and communicating skills.
- Knowledge of English is a must.
