| We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who is interested in working within an international hotel chain. You are located in Brussels and responsible for all human resource issues / aspects for the hotels in Belgium and France. |

- Implement & maintain necessary structures & tools allowing accurate & timely management of data related to the Management of the Area
- Administer yearly compensation review process for the Management
- Data management & Reporting
- Provide HR support and services to staff
- Co-ordination of assignments of the area
- Ensure structured monitoring of application of the Group-standard processes & policies reg. compensation reviews, bonus plans, performance Management etc.
- Closely co-operate with the Group Human Resources department
- Contribute to different HR projects and prepare presentations
- Ensure support for the HR Director
- You will be fully responsible for HR Management in Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
- Your aim is to attract, develop and retain the best people in order to achieve market leadership.
- The headquarters will provide you with the most professional tools and their best practices
- The focus lays on the implementation and development of existing and newly created HR systems and procedures: optimizing the employer branding, recruitment, evaluation and performance appraisal, career development, compensation & benefits policy
- This position involves confidential issues, so your diplomacy and coaching skills will be crucial.
- Your support guarantees a fast and qualitative HR service.
- You have the opportunity to initiate improvements and to participate in international HR projects and workshops

- Preferably university degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years of experience in a service oriented organization
- Good knowledge of Belgian Labour Law and Social Security, Knowledge of French is beneficial
- Strong analytical mind - figure oriented
- Structured, concrete & organized
- Hands on & practical
- Detailed & thorough
- Knows how to work independently and efficiently delivering quality results
- Very reliable, responsible and trust-worthy
- Strong communication skills enabling effective co-operation across the international organization
- Proficiency in MS office programs
- Excellent language skills (Dutch/French/English)
- You are service-minded and able to build up solid long-term relationships
