Wij zoeken een ervaren Revenue Manager. Met een team van meerdere Revenue managers bent u verantwoordelijk voor zes hotels in Belgie. Uw standplaats zal Brussel zijn.

Responsibilities within this position;
- Pricing, selling and Yield strategies for rooms (transient, groups, conferences) and banquets for short and long term in cooperation with Area Revenue Manager
- Rate & inventory loading in all available channels, ensuring single image inventory at all times within guidelines.Use of effective restriction methods per channel.
Room type level controls in cooperation with booking offices. Group inventory controls, bookings status checks. Displacement analysis. Advisory role towards Bookings offices regarding meeting space releases, capacity planning, yielding.
- Maximizing results through available Electronic Distribution channels by keeping correct inventory and rate levels. Maintaining good contact with channels market managers to ensure best positioning, and new developments Initiates and communicates promotions or other actions in cooperation with Area Revenue Manager and monitors and evaluate results.
- Manages following aspects of Market Intelligence
Keeps up to date knowledge of main competitors: - Product & price information (general) - Renovations, out of order rooms - Special events - Pricing and channel strategies - New hotels - New competitors (e.g. new hotels. Conference centre, existing hotels becoming competitors) Market penetration / RevPAR penetration (obtained through 3rd parties only) Keeps up to date knowledge of market place / demand side in conjunction with City RM and relevant sales / marketing colleagues. - City events - National Events - City Conferences and expectations RAI - Special projects - Companies / agency developments - New channels
- Forecasting: Demand and capacity forecasting as per set frequencies (monthly/ weekly)
Compiling relevant information and analyzing for monthly / quarterly comments such as: - Clients/ agencies production - No-show stats - Pick-up patterns EDS shares Last years comparisons - Promotions All other and future reports upon request / to be decided |

- Technical skills in Revenue Management and -systems as well as Microsoft Office applications are recommended.
- Good knowledge of and interest in Electronic Distribution Systems, PMS, CRS
- High accuracy level, Strong analytical skills
- Result driven, Proactive, Persuasive
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Revenue Management or related departments
- Fluent in English. French would be an asset.
