Job Description

For this award winning 5* luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar we are looking for an Executive Pastry Chef who will be in charge of the Pastry kitchen. You guide, lead and manage a team of 17 pastry chefs and you have previous experience within a high volume pastry kitchen.

Job Criteria

The ideal candidate for this position Executive Pastry Chef brings the following experience:

  • At least 1 years of experience in a Pastry Chef (or 3 years of experience as Pastry Sous Chef)
  • Extensive 5* luxury hotel experience
  • Extensive experience working in Europe
  • Preferably trained in Switzerland and/or France
  • Driving innovation
  • Great team leader
  • Very active on social media driving awarness about your creations


This property is a 5* luxury property part of an International chain located in Doha, Qatar. The F&B operations are very high volume with a focus on European & Arabic dishes.
