For an International hotel chain we are recruiting an experienced Executive Sous Chef for a beautiful 5* deluxe property in Doha, Qatar.

Job Description

This beautiful and award-winning International hotel is located in Doha, Qatar. We are recruiting an experienced Executive Sous Chef who will be ready for the next role within 6-12 months. As Executive Sous Chef you will be in charge of 7 F&B outlets, large banqueting facilities and outside catering operations. You know what “in charge of high-volume F&B operations” means.

Job Criteria

The ideal candidate for this position Executive Sous Chef brings the following experience to the hotel:

  • 5* luxury background
  • Previous experience within high-volume F&B operations
  • 2+ years of experience in an Executive Sous Chef position
  • Capable of leading a culinairy team of 140 staff members
  • Delivering great team spirit
  • Driving innovation
  • Strong leader
  • Hands-on
  • Stong communication skills

Ideally the right candidate is familiair with Lebanse/Arabic cuisine.
