For a trendy international hotel chain we are looking for a Regional Revenue Manager responsible for six (6) hotels located in the United Kingdom. Are you fun(tastic), relaxed and an experienced Revenue Manager? Then we want you!

Because of the growth of the company and the focus on the United Kingdom, we are looking for an experienced Regional Revenue Manager who will oversee ReVPAR, RGI, Occupancy and what not to maximise the brands awareness, drive bookings and maximise the revenue potential within your region and the six (6) hotels.

What you can expect to be in charge of is:

  • Maximizing RevPAR and RGI of your set of hotels
  • Developing the pricing strategy and supporting the hotels to build and achieve their budgets
  • Analysing the market share, monthly reports, forecasting and taking the right actions
  • Conducting regular revenue calls with the hotel GM’s and sales directors
  • Making sure that the daily updates of room rates to be sold, stay restrictions and availability are managed
  • Achieve rate parity and online ranking management
  • Perform regular price comparisons within the comp set
  • Maintain a regular dialogue with OTA’s
  • Expend the revenue management standards
  • Monitor and support the rate loadings for PMS, CRS and 3rd parties

Please note that although you are responsible for the United Kingdom region, this position is based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Job Criteria

Of course, you have previous and up-to-date experience working as Revenue Manager and you know the market within the United Kingdom very well. Besides that, you also possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a revenue manager in the UK
  • Very strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of Internet based reservation systems and their extranets
  • MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Very good command of both spoken and written English, German is required too
