Ready for your second career step in Hotel Sales? For our client we are looking for an outgoing, relationship driven and pro-active Sales Executive for 18 hotels in the Benelux region.
In this position you will be supporting the Sales Manager Benelux in executing the sales strategy and actions. You will maximise on all new business as well as maintaining the growth of the existing business with a focus on the Corporate and MICE market.
In this position you will liaise between the General Managers in the Benelux and the National Sales Team in cooperation with the Sales Manager. This role is an excellent postion for an in-house or outbound sales from a hotel who wants to further their career.

What you will do:
- Manage and maintain the Key Account portfolio
- Handle all accounts with the focus on extending the business and creating partnerships
- Acquire alternative markets for the various hotels
- Seeking for opportunities and potential new clients
- Acquire new accounts via ‘cold-calling’, networking and social media
- Follow-up on sales leads received through the hotels
- Draft LCR’s and follow-up on quiries
- Work closely together with the Operations Team and Revenue Manager
- Organize and conduct sales visits
- Negotiate new LCR’s and Hotel arrangements
- Attend Event fairs in the Benelux (and beyond) and Business Networking Events
- Execute Sales Blitzes
- Be, and stay, up-to-date with relevant market
What you will bring:
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the hotel industry
- Experience and knowledge of the Dutch and Belgium Corporate and Leisure Sales Market
- Good verbal and written knowledge of the Dutch & English language, French is an advantage

Our client is an large International hotel company with 18 hotels in the Benelux. The regional office for this Sales Executive job vacancy is located in the Utrecht region. Occasionally, traveling and visiting the Benelux hotels and attending fairs and other events are part of the job.
In the Benelux you will be working within a small and informal team, working together with the Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Revenue Manager and Project Manager to achieve growth and reach the annual budget by keeping the hotels competitive whilst challenging the market.
