Job description
For an internationally oriented Family Office acting on behalf of young UHNWI clients, we are looking for a self-starting, proactive Personal Assistant & Office Manager.
In this role, you ensure the smooth, efficient, and careful coordination of both the personal and professional lives of the principals and board members. You serve as a trusted point of contact and the essential link at the office, based in Amsterdam-Zuid. You think ahead, organise with precision, and always act with discretion and class.
As Personal Assistant:
* Managing personal and professional calendars
* Coordinating a fast-paced travel lifestyle (visas, flights, bookings, safety)
* Lifestyle support: aligning work, travel, family, and private life
* Assisting with personal tasks (e.g. errands, pickups/deliveries, minor purchases)
* Reviewing and editing correspondence
* Conducting research tasks and managing personal organisation (archives, Google Drive)
* Acting as liaison between the principal, family office, family members, and external contacts
* And as an Office Manager you will be managing office supplies and facilities, like to welcome visitors and service providers. You will be providing administrative support (e.g. bank statements, document archiving, handling parcels. And you be applying digital tools and IT solutions in the day-to-day operations of the office


Candidate profile
You are a self-starting professional with:
* Approximately 15 years of relevant experience as a PA or Office Manager
* Fluent command of Dutch and English (Portuguese is a plus)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail, Google Workspace & Apple products
* Affinity with legal and financial topics (a plus)
