Parkmanager, Eifel, Germany

Job description
You hold end-to-end responsibility for a lakeside park in the Eifel where you will lead a team with inspiration and entrepreneurship. Your clear direction makes guests relax and teams work with pride. You oversee all operations:
* F&B (restaurant is open year-round)
* Reception
* Maintenance/technical services and landscaping
* Housekeeping and recreation. 
Words that resonate with you: balancing quality, guest satisfaction and financial performance. You manage revenue, budgets, investments and cashflow, and you build a strong seasonal team for peak months. Externally, you connect with local and regional stakeholders (municipality/state), track regional developments and involve the park in community initiatives. You collaborate closely with head office and fellow Park Managers to share knowledge and raise the bar together.


Candidate profile
In order to be succesful in this role you will have experience in a leadership position within a leisure / hospitality environment and you are ready for your next step. You speak very well German and preferably also Dutch.
* you have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality
* 5+ years’ management experience in leisure/recreation or event business
* you’re an ambitious manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, decisive and results-oriented
* you spot opportunities and steer for growth and quality. 
A people leader who inspires, motivates and gives clear direction. Fluent in Dutch, German and English. Service mindset and strong communication skills across levels. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and to live on-site in the staff residence (solo or with family).
