Due to the venue’s success, the business is expanding with another venue location, and we are therefore in search for a new ambitious Chef to continue the growth of- and within the family.
Candidate profile
As the manager of this kitchen, you are part of a larger company than just one venue, an organization where the HR Manager and Corporate Chef can provide support and develop training and a personal growth plan for you for the coming years.
General responsibilities:
- Monitoring and promoting the processes and procedures within the established concept.
- Guiding/training employees regarding the concept.
- Documenting new recipes and dishes.
- (Preparation) of dishes, optimization/innovation of the menu and working methods.
- Purchasing and inventory management.
- Leadership.
- General cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
