As the manager of this kitchen, you are part of a larger company than just one venue, an organization where the HR Manager and Corporate Chef can provide support and develop training and a personal growth plan for you for the coming years.

General responsibilities:

• Monitoring and promoting the processes and procedures within the established concept.
• Guiding/training employees regarding the concept.
• Documenting new recipes and dishes.
• (Preparation) of dishes, optimization/innovation of the menu and working methods.
• Purchasing and inventory management.
• Leadership.
• General cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
