Job description
As Experience Manager, you are the face of the guest journey. You lead the Duty and Floor Management teams and ensure seamless operations across all public-facing facilities; from entrance and F&B to merchandise. You are the vital link between departments and translate commercial objectives into on-the-ground execution. You have a keen eye for hospitality, sales opportunities, and operational efficiency. You also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work level, preferably in hospitality or commerce
- 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in hospitality or leisure
- Strong commercial instincts and a guest-first mindset
- Flexible, communicative, and resilient under pressure
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and pragmatic
- Availability during peak moments and events
- Bonus: certification in first aid and hygiene (BHV & Sociale Hygiëne)
