Job description
As Head Chef, you're at the helm of the kitchen, shaping the culinary standard of the restaurant. With your expertise, leadership, and eye for detail, you guide the brigade, uphold quality, and ensure everything; from mise-en-place to budget, runs like clockwork. A role full of responsibility, creativity, and room for your personal signature.
You hold final responsibility for the preparation and execution of (à la carte) dishes. You lead the entire kitchen brigade and play a key role in defining the culinary standard of our offerings. You are responsible for overseeing and preparing dishes with technical expertise, as well as managing the operational conditions that support this.
You ensure compliance with regulations concerning safety, occupational health (Arbo), HACCP, working methods, presentation, and both company and personal hygiene standards.
You’re a master of cost calculation and budget control – a true guardian of your own wallet, and that doesn’t go unnoticed.
You report directly to the owner of the business.
Candidate profile
You are a proactive and solution-oriented Head Chef who doesn’t shy away from a challenge.
You hold a hospitality diploma (SHV level 4 or equivalent), or are willing to obtain one.
You have at least five years of experience as a Head Chef, and proven leadership skills are a strong plus.
You consistently strive for the highest quality, work with precision, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure every dish is served perfectly.
You are creative and enjoy contributing ideas for new food concepts.
You are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
You are a motivator :both for yourself and for your colleagues.

We offer a spacious terrace with 75 comfortable seats overlooking the harbor. Inside our modernly designed venue, we have over 80 atmospheric seats spread across two levels.
