In this dynamic position, you’ll lead the team responsible for the full guest journey – from arrival to the final applause – during events and live performances.
Job description
As Experience Manager, you are the face of the guest journey. You lead the Duty and Floor Management teams and ensure seamless operations across all public-facing facilities; from entrance and F&B to merchandise. You are the vital link between departments and translate commercial objectives into on-the-ground execution. You have a keen eye for hospitality, sales opportunities, and operational efficiency. You also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Candidate profile
Entertaining people is second nature to you! You love creating memorable experiences for your guests and being an inspiration to your team members.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work level, preferably in hospitality or commerce
- 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in hospitality or leisure
- Strong commercial instincts and a guest-first mindset
- Flexible, communicative, and resilient under pressure
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and pragmatic
- Availability during peak moments and events
- Bonus: certification in first aid and hygiene (BHV & Sociale Hygiëne)
