Multi Venue Revenue Manager, Amsterdam, The Netherlands

As a Area Revenue Manager, you take ownership of the financial and operational performance of your team (circa 4 to 5 revenue specialists) with whom you manage 50 venues. In this role, you combine strategic leadership with a hands-on mindset, staying closely involved in the daily dynamics of the business.
You play a role in the strategic director of your area and steering both the day-to-day operations of your team.
You guide your team in streamlining processes and ensuring that strategies and tactics are effectively translated into action.
At the same time, you act as a partner to senior leadership: you love sharing insights, results, and concrete recommendations. With an increasing focus on developing your own specific forecasts.
Your ability to combine operational insight with long term vision ensures full control over your area's results.
In short you are responsible for: 
- leading, coaching and inspiring a team of revenue analysts, helping them to grow and excel. 
- you foster a high-performing environment built on collaboration and continuous development.
- you directly manage revenue, pricing, and occupancy for all parks in your area and use data-driven insights to fine-tune strategies around pricing, length of stay, and distribution mix.
- you also take the lead in cluster-specific forecasting and budgeting, ensuring accurate financial steering. Additionally, you help optimize our key systems.
- you play an active role in high-impact projects. This involves aligning systems, pricing strategies, and operational tactics.
- you’re also responsible for indexing optimization,structural improvements to revenue management, and effective promotional strategies that balance short-term gains with long-term growth.
You are the role model and you represent your team in the Revenue & Salesmanagement meetings. You work closely with fellow Area Managers and seniormanagement to align on strategy and performance.

You’ve managed multiple portfolios in fast-moving settings (e.g., hospitality, aviation, travel). You make confident, data-based choices and hit challenging targets. You turn complex data into clear actions. Whether mentoring a colleague, presenting to management, or working with partners, you bring clarity, structure, and calm momentum.
You have an academic level of thinking and working.
Combined with 5–8 years of experience in revenue management, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
