Who reads your CV?
A consultant gives your CV an initial review. They look at your track record and your potential, and beyond the CV itself, at your ambitions and the story behind your career. Every consultant knows hospitality from within.
What happens if there is a match?
If there is a match, or even a near match, you are invited for a personal introduction to understand your goals and where you thrive best. From there, CourtesyMasters prepares you thoroughly for every conversation with an employer. Your CV is only forwarded to an employer with your explicit approval.
What if there is no match yet?
With your consent, your profile stays in the CourtesyMasters network for future opportunities. Many placements start long before a role becomes publicly available, so you are contacted discreetly when a fitting opportunity arises.
What happens to your data?
Your data is processed solely for recruitment purposes, such as assessing your fit for current or future roles and staying in touch about career opportunities. It is kept for a maximum of three years after your last contact with CourtesyMasters, unless you ask for earlier deletion or for your profile to stay in the network. You can update or remove your information at any time.
What should you send?
The form asks for your name, contact details and LinkedIn profile, a short message or elevator pitch, and your CV as an attachment of up to 10 MB. Use the message to share your ambitions and the kind of role you are open to.

Can I apply confidentially if my current employer is in your network?
Yes, also when your current employer is part of the CourtesyMasters network. Share any sensitivities during our first conversation and we will handle your profile with complete discretion. We agree with you in advance which employers may or may not be approached, and your CV is never shared without your approval.
