With your consent, CourtesyMasters keeps your profile in its network for future opportunities. Many placements start long before a role becomes publicly available, so you are contacted discreetly when a fitting opportunity arises.
Why stay in the network?
The best roles in luxury hospitality are rarely posted. CourtesyMasters connects professionals with leading hotels, high-end food and beverage concepts, private estates and international hospitality groups, often long before a vacancy becomes public. Some roles are never published at all. Staying in the network keeps you on the radar for those opportunities.
What happens with your profile in the meantime?
Your profile is used only for recruitment purposes: assessing your fit for current or future roles, and staying in touch about career opportunities. It is never shared with an employer without your explicit approval.
How long is your profile kept?
Your data is kept for a maximum of three years after your last contact with CourtesyMasters. You can ask for earlier deletion, or for your profile to stay in the network for longer. You can update or remove your information at any time by emailing privacy@courtesymasters.com.
When will you hear from us?
When a role fits your experience and your ambitions, a consultant contacts you discreetly. Introductions are made thoughtfully, and only when they are aligned with your goals.
