CourtesyMasters only forwards your CV to an employer with your explicit approval. Your details are handled confidentially at every stage.
What does that mean in practice?
Before you are introduced to an employer, a consultant discusses the role with you. Only when you agree is your profile shared. This applies to your CV and to any other personal data: CourtesyMasters never shares your profile, resume or personal data with a third party without your prior explicit consent. CourtesyMasters works internationally, and consultants in other countries also see your data only with your permission.
Who can see your details?
Within CourtesyMasters, your details can only be accessed by employees and associates who have subscribed to strict confidentiality policies.
What may an employer do with your CV?
Employers who work with CourtesyMasters agree to treat candidate data confidentially and in line with the GDPR. Under our terms, an employer may use your details only for the specific recruitment procedure. Using them for any other purpose, or adding them to a talent pool, requires the prior, explicit and written consent of both you and CourtesyMasters.
What are your rights?
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access and review your data
- ask for corrections or updates
- withdraw your application or your consent
- ask for permanent deletion
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Your data is kept for a maximum of three years after your last contact with CourtesyMasters, unless you ask for earlier deletion or for your profile to stay in the network.
