Yes. Discretion is key at CourtesyMasters. If you are employed and want to explore quietly, your search is handled with full confidentiality: you decide in advance how and where your profile is introduced, and nothing happens without your approval.
How do you stay in control?
Your CV is only forwarded to an employer with your explicit approval. CourtesyMasters never forwards a profile without consent and never pressures candidates. Every introduction is made with care, and only when it fits your goals.
What about your current employer?
Every approach protects your current position, so a conversation with CourtesyMasters never puts your existing role at risk. Share any sensitivities in your first conversation, and agree with your consultant in advance which employers may or may not be approached.
Who can see your details?
Within CourtesyMasters, your details can only be accessed by employees and associates who have subscribed to strict confidentiality policies. Your data is used solely for recruitment purposes, and consultants in other countries see it only with your permission.
How long is your data kept?
Your data is kept for a maximum of three years after your last contact with CourtesyMasters, unless you ask for earlier deletion or for your profile to stay in the network. You can update or remove your information at any time.

No. CourtesyMasters supports candidates free of charge: our fees are paid by employers, not by you. The only exception is when you engage us yourself for personal career management or coaching, which is always agreed with you in advance.
