How does it work from abroad?
The process is the same wherever you are based. You submit your CV through our website, and a consultant reviews it. If there is a match, a personal meeting follows, which can be a confidential digital meeting. The C.A.D.T.® profile is also completed remotely and in confidence, and then discussed with you personally.
Which roles can you apply for?
CourtesyMasters guides career moves across borders, including a first international move. Each vacancy on our jobs page shows the location and the working language of the role, so you can see quickly where your languages fit. Around 75% of assignments are conducted discreetly and never published, so submitting your CV is the way to be considered for those roles too.
Where does CourtesyMasters work from?
The headquarters is in The Hague, and CourtesyMasters works with an international network of independent professionals who share one love, hospitality, and one discipline, discretion. See our locations for the current hubs.
How is your data handled?
Your data is used solely for recruitment purposes, and stored and processed within the EU or in countries with an adequate level of protection. Consultants in other countries see your data only with your permission, and your CV is never shared with an employer without your explicit approval.

Do I have to pay for your services?
No. CourtesyMasters supports candidates free of charge: our fees are paid by employers, not by you. The only exception is when you engage us yourself for personal career management or coaching, which is always agreed with you in advance.
