How does it start?
You connect with CourtesyMasters through the website, through the network or through a referral, and share your ambitions and where you feel ready to grow. A consultant then reviews your track record and your potential, and looks beyond your CV to understand your vision and the story behind it.
What happens in the personal meeting?
In a personal meeting, you explore your career so far, your leadership style and your values with a consultant. The C.A.D.T.® profile adds another layer: it shows what drives you, where you thrive and how your profile can be positioned in a competitive, international market.
How are you introduced to employers?
Your background and strengths are translated into a professional profile that captures your leadership traits, your cultural preferences and your ambitions. Your profile is then matched to roles with hospitality groups, luxury brands or private clients. Some of these roles are never published.
Every introduction is made with care and in confidence, and your CV is only forwarded to an employer with your explicit approval.
How are you prepared for the interviews?
When you are matched to a role, CourtesyMasters prepares you thoroughly for every conversation, with interview coaching as part of the process. Longlisted and shortlisted candidates also receive personal feedback along the way.
What happens at the offer stage?
When the match is made, CourtesyMasters keeps full discretion while advocating for your value and your growth. The aim is never to push you into a job, but to open doors that fit your potential.
