De L'Europe is acknowledged as Amsterdam's legendary hotel. Rooms and suites
De L'Europe holds 107 rooms and suites, including 55 suites and a five-bedroom penthouse. The 't Huys suites are particularly distinctive, each the result of a collaboration with a different creative partner. Many rooms offer views over the Amstel, and the hotel was the first in the city to offer luxury family services with connecting rooms.
Restaurants and bars
Restaurant Flore holds two Michelin stars and a Michelin Green Star, and was named Vegetable Restaurant of the Year in 2024. Alongside it are Brasserie Marie, Trattoria Graziella, Marie sur l'Eau and the iconic Freddy's Bar. The wine cellar holds more than 1,250 labels.
Recognition
De L'Europe has been awarded three Michelin Keys, a recognition of exceptional hospitality, design and service, and is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World. The hotel remains independent and is owned by the Heineken family.
