Job description
Would you like to join a very special stand-alone property, work with quality products, on a high service level, create memorable guest experiences and shape the future of a dynamic team? As Manager F&B, you will lead and be responsible for the service department in the restaurant (including the terrace with breathtaking views) and the bar. Together with the head chef, you will oversee the F&B team (circa 25 members), which includes managers, assistant managers, staff members, apprentices, and interns.
Short summary of the tasks;
- Compiling the staff roster
- Ensuring the quality of service in various outlets
- Providing a suitable and innovative product offering in F&B
- Planning and scheduling
- Procurement (beverage and non-food)
- Achieving commercial objectives and handling (financial) reporting.
Candidate profile
The existing team is welcoming a professional with a real passion for hospitality and intrinsic motivation to create the best guest experiences. You preferably have a Bachelor in Hotel Management, together with experience in both Restaurants and Hotels. Due to the segment of our clientele, it would help if you have a diverse background on high level and perhaps worked internationally. You are a pleasant colleague, a great coach, and a role model of a leader. And on top of that we need a hands-on manager who eagerly engages on the front lines, contributing actively when needed.
