Logo of client Hilton

Hilton was founded in 1919, when Conrad Hilton purchased his first hotel, the Mobley in Cisco, Texas, at the height of an oil boom. What began as a single, modest property grew over the following century into one of the world's most recognised hospitality companies, driven by Conrad Hilton's founding vision to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.

A century of global growth

Hilton today operates a portfolio of 28 brands spanning more than 9,400 properties and nearly 1.4 million rooms across 144 countries and territories. Hilton Hotels & Resorts remains the flagship of that portfolio, alongside luxury names such as Waldorf Astoria and Conrad and better known brands including Hampton and Hilton Garden Inn. Since its founding, Hilton has welcomed more than four billion guests.

Named the world's best place to work

Hilton has been recognised as the number one World's Best Workplace by Fortune and Great Place to Work, a first for any hospitality company, and has appeared on more than 450 Great Place to Work lists since 2016. The recognition reflects an unwavering focus on:

People serving people

Hilton describes itself as being in the business of people serving people, a philosophy reflected in its Heart of House programme, which is dedicated to making back of house areas as welcoming and well equipped as the guest facing side of every hotel. It is this consistent investment in its own people that Hilton credits for the loyalty and service quality for which the brand is known worldwide.
