Pandox

Pandox was founded in 1995 in Sweden with an initial portfolio of 18 hotel properties. Since then the company has grown into one of the leading owners of hotel properties in Northern Europe, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

A hotel property specialist

Pandox's business is built around two activities: Property Management, in which hotels are leased on a long-term basis to leading hotel operators, and Operator Activities, in which Pandox runs the hotel operations itself within its own properties. Major acquisitions over the years, including Norgani Hotels in 2010, have helped establish Pandox as one of Europe's largest hotel property companies.

A pan-European portfolio

Pandox's portfolio today spans close to 200 hotels with tens of thousands of rooms across some ten countries, with hotels operated under a wide range of well-known international brands. The company's largest markets by property value are Sweden, the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland and Denmark.
